Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AERO RUSH SKYBOUND LTD ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you access or use Aero Rush: Skybound (the "App"), the website aerorushskybound.com (the "Website"), and any related pages, features, or content that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described here. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Aero Rush: Skybound is a one-thumb arcade flight shooter for iPhone: you steer a red 1930s racer by dragging anywhere on the screen while your guns fire automatically, climbing through four scrolling arenas, fighting enemy formations and bosses, and spending the coins and rank experience you earn on planes, upgrades and arenas. The Website presents the game and provides support information.
The Service is entertainment only
- It is a game. It does not offer real-money gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind.
- It contains no in-app purchases. Nothing can be bought with real money.
- Coins, rank and multipliers are simulated progression values with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed.
- Gameplay success does not entitle anyone to money, prizes, or anything of monetary value.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by us in connection with the Service. It does not apply to independent third parties whose services may be involved — for example Apple, which operates the App Store and may process download, payment, and device information under its own privacy policy.
3. Information We May Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
You may choose to contact us by email or through the contact-support sheet inside the App. This information may include your email address, the content of your message, and any screenshot or attachment you voluntarily send. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to address your request.
3.2 Technical Information from the Website
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical information necessary to deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and date and time of access. This is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Website.
3.3 Information Processed by the App
The App is offline and single-player. It makes no network requests, contains no analytics, no crash-reporting, and no advertising technologies, and does not collect or transmit any information. Game progress (planes, arenas, missions, flight history) and settings are stored only on your device, locally. In-app review prompts, where shown, are provided by Apple's StoreKit and governed by Apple's terms.
3.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies on the Website
The Website is static and does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or profiling. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Information We Do Not Require for Gameplay
Because the Service offers no purchases, subscriptions, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or prizes, we do not require financial information for gameplay. We never ask for bank account details, payment card details, cryptocurrency wallet information, or payment verification documents. If you purchase something from a third party (for example another app or service), that transaction is between you and that third party.
5. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information — such as information about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health, biometrics, precise geolocation, or government identification numbers — merely for using the Service. Please do not voluntarily send such information to us unless it is necessary for a specific request.
6. How We Use Information
6.1 Provide and Operate the Service
- deliver the Website and its content;
- provide requested features and remember technical settings;
- operate and maintain the Service.
6.2 Technical Support
- respond to support requests;
- investigate bugs and diagnose crashes;
- communicate with you about technical issues.
6.3 Security
- prevent abuse of the Website;
- protect infrastructure;
- investigate security incidents;
- enforce our terms.
6.4 Legal Compliance
We may use or preserve information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful government requests, establish or defend legal claims, or protect the rights, safety, and property of users or others.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
If privacy laws requiring a legal basis for processing apply to you, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or similar legislation, we may rely on one or more of the following:
- Consent — where you have given it, for example by contacting us. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Legitimate interests — operating and securing the Service, preventing abuse, and protecting our legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Contractual necessity — where necessary to provide a service you specifically request, such as answering a support email.
- Legal obligations — where necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful process.
8. How We May Disclose Information
8.1 Service Providers
We may share information with vendors that provide services on our behalf, such as website hosting and email delivery. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
8.2 Analytics and Advertising Providers
None. We do not use analytics providers, advertising providers, or attribution providers in connection with the Service.
8.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal proceedings or lawful governmental requests, investigate suspected fraud, prevent security threats, or protect our rights or the safety of users.
8.4 Corporate Transactions
If AERO RUSH SKYBOUND LTD is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
8.5 With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information where you specifically request, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
9. Application Stores and Platforms
If you download the App through the Apple App Store, Apple may independently process information relating to downloads, purchases (none exist for this App), device identifiers, diagnostics, and usage. That processing is governed by Apple's privacy practices, which we do not control.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files that a website may place on your device. The Website does not use optional cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or profiling technologies. Where technologies are strictly necessary to deliver or secure the Website (for example, hosting infrastructure), they are used only for that purpose. See our Cookie Policy for the full explanation.
11. Tracking and Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use targeted advertising, cross-site tracking, or attribution technologies. The App does not track users across applications or websites owned by other companies.
12. No Automated Decision-Making
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. For example, support correspondence is retained as necessary to resolve requests and maintain business records; hosting and security logs are retained for limited periods for security and diagnostics. Information that is no longer necessary may be deleted or anonymized.
14. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information from information collected through the Service and use it for analytics, product development, security, and improving the Service. Where information is effectively de-identified, we will not attempt to re-identify it.
15. International Data Transfers
We, our service providers, or other recipients of information may operate in countries other than the country in which you reside. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we may rely on mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally permitted transfer mechanism. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland may contact us at support@aerorushskybound.com for information about applicable safeguards.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction. These may include access controls, encrypted communications, and restricted administrative access. However, no internet transmission, server, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
17. Children's Privacy
The Service is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable children's privacy laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us contrary to applicable law, please contact us at support@aerorushskybound.com. After receiving a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, delete the relevant information. Parents or legal guardians may also contact us regarding concerns involving a minor's information.
18. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on the Service and your jurisdiction, you may:
- modify browser cookie settings;
- revoke application permissions through your operating system;
- delete the App and its on-device data at any time;
- avoid submitting optional personal information; or
- contact us regarding a privacy request.
Disabling certain technologies may affect Service functionality.
19. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy of your data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy legislation, including the rights listed above. The data controller responsible for information covered by this Privacy Policy is AERO RUSH SKYBOUND LTD. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.
United States State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable comprehensive state privacy laws, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or certain sales or sharing of personal information. The precise rights available to you depend on the law applicable in your state. Requests may be submitted to support@aerorushskybound.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Where permitted, you may use an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf.
California Privacy Disclosures
If California privacy law applies, categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers you voluntarily provide (such as your email address), internet or electronic network activity information, device and technical information, and customer-service communications. We collect these for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operation, security, technical support, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
Nevada Privacy Rights
Where Nevada privacy law applies, eligible Nevada residents may submit requests regarding certain covered information by contacting support@aerorushskybound.com.
To submit any privacy request, contact support@aerorushskybound.com.
20. Email Communications
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information contained in your communication, and may retain correspondence as necessary to respond to you, provide support, investigate technical problems, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. We do not send marketing communications.
21. Security Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate the incident and take reasonable remedial measures. Where legally required, we will notify affected individuals and/or competent authorities within the time periods prescribed by applicable law.
22. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the Service, technologies, third-party providers, our privacy practices, or legal requirements. When we update it, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes or obtain your consent.
23. Language
This Privacy Policy is provided in English. If translated versions are provided and there is a conflict between translations, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
