This Cookie Policy explains how AERO RUSH SKYBOUND LTD ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with the game Aero Rush: Skybound (the "App"), the website aerorushskybound.com (the "Website"), and any related pages, features, or content that link to this Cookie Policy (collectively, the "Service").

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites may place on your browser or device when you visit a website. Cookies allow websites to recognize a browser or device and may be used for purposes such as operating website functionality, remembering preferences, maintaining security, measuring website performance, and improving the user experience.

2. What Are Similar Technologies?

In addition to traditional browser cookies, services may use similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, software development kits ("SDKs"), pixels, tags, scripts, device identifiers, cached data, and embedded content technologies. Throughout this Cookie Policy, references to "cookies" or "similar technologies" may collectively refer to these technologies where appropriate.

3. Cookies on the Website and Technologies in the App

Traditional browser cookies generally apply to websites rather than native mobile applications. Accordingly:

• The Website is static and does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling, or consent tracking. Standard technologies necessary to deliver and secure the site (for example, web-server and hosting infrastructure) process limited technical information such as your IP address and browser type, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The App is offline and single-player. It contains no SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or attribution, and makes no network requests. It stores game progress and settings locally on your device using on-device storage; this data never leaves your device unless you choose to send it to us, for example through a support email.

aerorushskybound.com currently uses only technologies necessary to operate and secure the website. We do not currently use optional advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or personalized advertising technologies.

4. Why We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

4.1 Operating the Service

Certain technologies are necessary to load pages, display content, maintain security, prevent errors, and ensure reliable operation of the Website.

4.2 Remembering Preferences

The App remembers your in-app settings (for example steering sensitivity and screen-shake preference) using on-device storage. This is functional, local-only, and not shared with us or any third party. If you reset progress or delete the App, this data is removed from your device.

4.3 Security

Hosting and infrastructure technologies may be used to detect suspicious activity, prevent abuse, identify automated traffic, and protect the Website.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or campaign-measurement cookies or technologies on the Website, and the App contains none.

5. Categories of Technologies

5.1 Strictly Necessary

Required for the basic operation, security, or functionality of the Website — for example, the web server and hosting provider that deliver site content. Because these technologies are necessary for the Service to function, they are not subject to optional consent.

5.2 Functional, Analytics, and Advertising

Not currently used. The Website does not use functional preference cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies, and the App does not embed analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs. If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before activating such technologies.

6. First-Party and Third-Party Technologies

The Website does not set first-party cookies. The hosting and content-delivery infrastructure used to serve the Website may process limited technical information necessary to deliver content, including IP addresses, request information, browser information, and security logs. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or social-media technologies, and the Website does not embed third-party content that would set its own identifiers.

7. Duration and the Cookie Table

Because the Website sets no cookies, there is no cookie table to publish. Any strictly necessary server-side technologies used by hosting infrastructure operate only for the duration needed to deliver and secure the site, and we seek to avoid retaining technical identifiers longer than reasonably necessary for their intended purpose.

8. Consent

Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before placing or accessing non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Because we do not currently use non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, no cookie-consent banner is shown on the Website. If we introduce technologies that require consent, we will display an appropriate consent interface before doing so.

9. Browser and Device Controls

Browser controls

Most web browsers allow users to view stored cookies, delete individual or all cookies, block cookies, block third-party cookies, allow cookies only from selected websites, or automatically delete cookies when closing the browser. Browser controls vary between browsers and versions; please consult your browser's settings or help documentation for instructions. Blocking all cookies may cause parts of some websites to function incorrectly, though the Website sets none.

Mobile controls

Mobile operating systems may provide privacy controls for identifiers, tracking, advertising, and application permissions. Depending on your device, you may be able to limit advertising tracking, reset advertising identifiers, restrict application tracking, revoke permissions, clear application data, uninstall the App, or change privacy settings. The App performs no tracking, so no permission is requested for it.

10. Apple App Tracking Transparency

Aero Rush: Skybound does not track users across applications or websites owned by other companies for advertising or advertising measurement purposes. The App therefore does not request permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, because it performs no activities that require it.

11. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers support privacy preference signals such as Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). Because we do not sell personal information and do not use targeted advertising technologies, there is nothing for a GPC signal to opt out of on the Website. Some browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") preference. There is currently no universally accepted technical or legal standard governing how websites must respond to all DNT signals, so the Service may not respond to all DNT signals unless required by applicable law.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Information processed through hosting and security technologies is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its intended purpose, subject to applicable legal requirements, and may be aggregated, anonymized, or deleted when it is no longer necessary. On-device data created by the App (game progress and settings) remains on your device until you reset progress from the App's Settings, clear the app's data, or uninstall the App. Deleting such local data may also remove saved preferences.

If information collected through cookies or similar technologies can reasonably be associated with you, you may request deletion under applicable privacy law by contacting support@aerorushskybound.com. However, certain technical or diagnostic information may not be reasonably identifiable as belonging to a particular person, in which case we may be unable to delete that specific information individually. Additional information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

13. Children

The Service is a general-audience game and is not directed to children. We do not intentionally use advertising or tracking technologies to create advertising profiles of children in violation of applicable law. If you believe information relating to a child has been processed contrary to applicable law, contact support@aerorushskybound.com.

14. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, cookie technologies, third-party providers, legal developments, or our privacy practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice or request renewed consent for material changes.
