The game

One thumb. One red racer. One long run north.

Aero Rush: Skybound is an arcade flight shooter for iPhone. You steer a 1930s red racer by dragging anywhere on the screen while the guns fire themselves — so every flight is about where you are, not when you tap. Each run climbs north through a scrolling arena: formations of gnats, diving interceptors, bombers dropping flak, and a boss blocking the way every 1,500 metres.

How a flight goes

From runway to results

  1. Pick your plane and arena

The Play screen holds the arena carousel and your plane on the runway. Take off when the summary of today's challenges suits you.

  2. Fly the run

Drag to steer, dodge the telegraphed flak, cut through formations to build the multiplier, and grab power-ups — twin guns, shield, magnet, repair.

  3. Face the boss

Every 1,500 metres a boss blocks the way — the Iron Zeppelin, the Thunder Fortress, the Black Kite, the Cinder Leviathan — each with its own pattern, tougher on later loops.

  4. Spend what you earn

The results sheet shows what the run paid — coins, rank experience, missions advanced. Coins buy planes, upgrades and new arenas; the flight log keeps the record.

The Play screen — arena carousel, the selected plane, and the Take off button.

The look

A night cockpit, lit by one warning light

Near-black everything

The game is dark-only. Instrument surfaces, hairline dividers, condensed technical lettering — depth comes from parallax and hard-edged poster art, never from glow.

One red, precisely spent

A single saturated red behaves like a warning light. Each screen carries exactly one hard red form — the Rush wedge, the selected plane, or the primary action.

Poster art, not screenshots-of-noise

The sunburst motif radiates from the lower-left corner — red energy from a hard geometric origin, like a 1940s aviation poster printed on a modern instrument panel.

Under the hood

Yours, offline

The game is fully offline and single-player. Progress — planes, arenas, missions, the entire flight log — is saved on your device. There are no accounts, no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no network requests. Resetting progress from Settings wipes it locally; nothing is stored anywhere else.

Coins, ranks and multipliers are part of the game's simulated progression. They have no monetary value and nothing in the game can be bought with real money.
